Heart problem is one of the most important diseases that needs to be diagnosed and treated as soon as possible. EKG is the process of recording the electrical activity of the heart over a period of time using electrodes placed on a patient’s body. These electrodes detect the weak electrical variations that arise from the heart muscle depolarizing during each heartbeat. This accessible and inexpensive diagnostic tool cannot give us all the information that we need to treat patient.
In this research we used GetData software to digitalize the EKG at healthy people (men, women with different ages) we used TableCurve software to deconvolute this data into five Gaussian functions (P, Q, R, S, T) with the specified amplitude, bandwidth and range. We used resultant data to compare and classified healthy and unhealthy people . Also we used Maple software, to obtain Fourier transform at EKG for the healthy and unhealthy people. In this way of transformation the differences of healthy and unhealthy people became more clear.
